Hilton Garden Inn Broomfield Boulder

I had an excellent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Broomfield, CO! The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location, close to everything I needed. What really stood out was the incredible staff. Charmaine and her team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about their guests. It’s rare to find that kind of service these days, and it made my stay feel truly welcoming. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

A very convenient hotel, as it is close to a mall and close to a local airport. The rooms are comfortable and clean, breakfast is included, parking is free, as is the Wi-Fi. In my opinion, the hotel itself is in very good condition.

Stayed for a business trip. Great location with plenty of food options nearby. Azafran (sp?) was a delicious Indian place across the way. Clean. Comfortable rooms. Check in service was good. The rest of the service during my stay was too slow or absent. At one point I wanted to purchase some (wildly overpriced) food from the little store there. Grabbed the item and waited at the front desk. I believe there was a bell there that I rang, iirc. Hollered to the back. After about ten minutes waiting there was a line of people behind me about seven people deep. Would have been eleven but three people just gave up after five or six minutes. A fourth saw the line and just turned around. No one came. I returned the item to the store and left. I would go back because the rooms were good quality and the location was great. Overall a good spot. Just spotty service.

Overall our stay was awesome, the front desk girl Jessica was running both hotels.She was very friendly and helpful we will stay here again.

Friendly staff, convenient location, and rooms were as expected with appropriate amenities. The only weird thing was that we were on the fifth floor and we heard a lot of noise from the equipment roof until about midnight.

We recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Broomfield Boulder and overall, the stay was fine but with a few disappointments. The air conditioning worked okay, but the bathroom floor was quite slippery, which felt unsafe. The front desk staff forgot to provide the complimentary water, and I had to remind them. In addition, the front desk service was not very friendly there were no greetings or warm interactions during check-in or check-out. The pool was also closed, which was disappointing. The parts I did appreciate were the late check-out until 12 noon and the availability of Tesla/electric car chargers, which were very convenient. While the stay was manageable, I believe there’s room for improvement in service and amenities.

Stayed here for 1 night while in town for business. Arrived late in the evening and the young lady at front desk was very friendly. I felt bad for her as she was also working the front desk of the sister property across the walkway. Kudos to her for running back and forth to pull double duty. Parking was plentiful and well lit. Lobby was very spacious with several sitting areas and a small bar. Breakfast is not included unlike many of the Hilton properties, so didn't get to try the food. It seemed to be the standard Hilton breakfast items, but for a flat fee. Room was clean, bed comfortable, and had all the usual amenities. There's plenty of shops and restaurants next to the hotel, so was convenient. I'd stay here again when visiting.

I had a very pleasant stay. There were longer wait times at the front desk as they split staffing the evening with the hotel next to it. Unfortunately their pool was out of service.
